Hi all!
I created a Smart List ( template : Year-to-Date Transaction Open ) using Smart List builder.
I realized that "Account Description" is not available ( in the part I circled in red - Sample 1) for me to choose to display it out.
I tried adding by clicking the + sign ( circled in green - Sample 1) but I do not know which field to select from the "from field" ( circled in Blue - Sample 2)
Really appreciate all the help given! :D

My mistake was to use the field link of Account number to Account index.

My mistake. I linked Account number with Account Index.
Therefore there were no records shown.
Now that I amended the field link to 'Account Index', it works perfectly.

on first step : Add Table year to Date Transaction Open, and select Account Index as a Key field. Press Save button and add other table.
Expand the drop down and select Account Master Table. then click on Add link and select Account Index field for both tables, just like below. Press Save button.
Go to Account Master table , unmark all fields and just select Account Description field.

How did you establish the link? I would suppose that it would be something like:
From : Table : Account Master , Field: Account Index
To: Table: Year-To-Date Open Transaction : Field: Account Index
i.e. the link between the two tables is the field 'Account Index'

I followed and selected "Account Index" - From Field
"Account Master" - to table
"Account Description" - to field
Next, I went into Smart List and added "Account Description" field to my "Test" table but there was no records to be shown ( in the right panel ) after adding "Account Description" field.
When I remove the link, there would be records showing when I click on my "Test" table.
Was it something that I did wrongly?

The field you are looking is not available in this table, you have to make a link b/w account master and this table via account index and then add the account description field. See below screen shot.
