when trying to submit a marketing subscription form, the following error message appears:
All mandatory fields are on the form and mapped correctly.
Could anyone help me with that issue?

Yes, and thanks for your mention.
Besides possible reasons which are listed in that article,
a subscription center marketing form will only works when recipients open it via "subscription management" link in marketing email;if we open the form/page directly, then we can never submit information successfully.
Please switch to landing page form if you would like to create new contact records.

Hi Clofly,
I think that I´ve found the reason for the error.
My embedded Marketing form is of the type "subscription Center" and works only for existing contacts, who want to manage their subscription preferences.
For new contacts, I might use the form type landing page, right?

Please set Store form submission field to Yes,
then check whether there is any submission record in failure status under Submission tab.
For example, I'm running a real time workflow: prevent creation of contact if its job title field not contains data.
My submission failed due to workflow prevention.
