Events Series in Real-Time Marketing

We're currently using Event Series in Outbound Marketing. The only current workaround we've found is to "Save As" a new event in Real-Time Marketing, which is a significant loss in functionality. If we expose the recurring event column on the real-time marketing form, the event series gets created as it does in Outbound (which is our desired outcome). Will Microsoft's code that's running the series creation no longer work after 6/30/2025 when Outbound Marketing in deprecated?
