Hi Team,

I've identified a bug in the Shopify integration. If the Customer Name in Shopify exceeds 50 characters, Business Central fails to process the Shopify Order into a Sales Order. Are you aware of this issue?

I wouldn’t call that a bug. If the text exceeds the character limit set for the field then you can ask a partner to extend it for you.
