MULTICURRENCY IN FIELD SERVICE

anytime I enter a service call in a currency other than my functional currency, the exchange rate table opens for me to select appropriately, however this window doesn't save n close, it continues popping up.

I will appreciate help on this. ie if its a setup issue or not

Hi,

If you are in the "Multicurrency Exchange Rate Maintenance" window, you have to click on the "insert" button to add the rate.

Thanks all, but it didn't resolve it. the problem was that the window didn't kept popping up even after clicking on insert n save, etc...

but I found a solution at last, had to do with multicurrency setup window. had to look at my default rate types again.
