Preference page doesn't open on Real-time Journeys
Hi JL-08081308-0, It looks like the unsubscribe link was tested from the preview and test view of the email. Please note that this will not work as expected — the preference center page only functions correctly when a consent record exists in the Consent Center table. To ensure this works properly, the commercial purpose must be created in the Consent Center, typically through a marketing form submission. Also, make sure the email is published and sent as part of a customer journey. A good approach would be to use a trigger-based journey that activates when the marketing form is submitted.
