Configure a cross-tenant connection in Azure Virtual Network Manager Preview

Hello everyone, I'm trying to configure a cross tenant connection in azure virtual network manager. I've checked the documentation of microsoft, but it's not much clear, there is options which aren't showing such as tenant id or scope type. any idea why?
