We are on GP2010 with Human Resources and Payroll.
We currently have employees enrolled in health benefits and we are only changing amounts, deductibles, etc. for the new plan year.
If I go into the health insurance setup and make the necessary changes and answer the questions yes to roll down the changes on the payroll and deduction sides, and save them it changes the begin date on the Payroll side only but does not change the begin date on the HR side. The health insurance enrollment for the employee still retains the old Benefit Begin Date, thus history does not update with the new date either.
How do we get this date to update to the new plan date without having to touch each employee record individually? I fear changing dates in tables directly since GP sometimes saves to multiple tables.
