Refresh record form newly created in Dynamics CRM 2016

Hello Eveyone,

I have 3 questions

1. After installing Update december on our CRM 2016 on-premises. The CRM 2016 becomes Dynamics 365. I am confused about it, It seems there is difference between Dynamics 365 online and Dynamics 365 on-premises.

2. When I activate a quote, the estimated valeur of opportunity will be updated automatically, is it normal?

3. When I create a new record, I fill some filed and save it, the record will be created, and then if I press F5 to refresh this page, the current page will open a new create form, is it normal for you? I think the page should just refresh the newly created record.

Hi

I have the same issue with refresh on newly created form opening new Create form in stead of just reloading the newly created record.

3) It is not normal. It should just refresh the page not create new form

The new record on refresh was an update problem in 2011

Hello,

Thanks for your reply, for the 3rd point, we have disables autosave because we have many plugin on different entities.

I did a test on dev envirnoment, in a newly created organisation without customization. Il works fine, the page reload the newly created record when F5.

But in the same plateforme in another organisation, il doesnt work, maybe because of this organisation is impoted from CRM 4.0
