Is anyone else getting an "unexpected error" when attempting to submit a support request?

MBS IT solved the problem. I had to delete browsing history. Strangely the support request area broke in both my IE and Chrome, simultaneously.
I'm still get the error today. I was able to file a ticket with website support, but no joy with that yet. Is there a phone number one can call to submit support incidents?
I'm still getting the error this afternoon. When I click "ROC Contact Information" to report the issue, I get denied access to that page. When I click Contact Us and attempt to report the problem, it goes to the same application/system that is giving me the "unexpected error".
