Updating/Finding a past worker

Once an employee has been terminated, how do we get them to show in the Past Workers section of Talent? I was told there's an option to change the amount of days before they show up in the settings option. I went through the Settings section. I don't see it. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciate.

     Courtney,

    You are able to change the visibility settings connected to the activity tab of Personnel Management, if that is what you mean. Personnel Management > Links > Human Resources Parameters. In the General tab you can adjust the date range for viewing recent hires, exiting workers, and exited workers. The "period" fields relate to the "unit" fields. So if you select View Exiting Workers Date Range to Period: 2, Unit: Months - you will see all past workers who left in the last two months. Hopefully that helps a little.

    Good Morning, thanks for the response. Just to be clear. If I want the worker to show up immediately. I would just change the settings to 0 and the units to days. This should allow me to see the workers in the past worker list, the same day they've been terminated.
