Adding Charges for Transfer Order

We need to add the charges for stock transfer as per the below requirement

I have a warehouse in Chennai and I want to transfer to Kolkatta.

I want to add the transport charges in the transfer order and the flow is as follows

  1. Transportation cost to be captured during receipt posting
  2. No transportation cost in “ship transfer order” posting
  3. debit and credit should go to pre-defined ledger account
  4. liability will be nullified by accounting transport vendor invoice manually

Does there is any standard feature available

    It seems a bit customization nd work around to be defined to carry out the functionality.

    Hi Sriram GS,

    Based on your statements, the requirements may be summarized as below -

    1. Transportation charges would only be recorded during transfer order receipt process and related ledger account would only be set on the charge.

    2. One vendor invoice may be created manually for the liability.
