Hello,
I am trying to remove all commas from my "Whole Number" fields as well as the views. The only success I have had was by changing the digit grouping symbol and digit group in my personal options. While this helps my view, the other users still see the commas.
I have also tried changing this in the global system settings but it doesn't seem to ever make the update (the commas don't go away).
The issue is that certain fields need to be sortable and changing it to a text field makes sorting next to impossible. The sort goes 9990, 999, 9989, which doesn't help much.
As an administrator, can I set a default number format for all users? If not, how can I make the global settings actually take effect? Is there jscript that will change the views as well as the fields to hide the comma?
