Business Central - Edit in Excel - fields missing

We are trying to edit some fields on the item card using the edit in excel function but it is not showing one of the fields.

We have managed to add the column using the design function, but it is now not allowing us to edit it because it says it is read only.

Does anyone know how to make any added columns editable?

Thanks Daniele - I've followed that and we have managed to add in the necessary fields however they don't seem to be editable - whenever we make an edit and try and publish it comes up that the field we have added through the designer option is read only.

If you have any other ideas it would be very helpful!

Thanks Daniele - this is helpful.

Would you have any idea why some fields pull through from Business Central as read only and whether anything can be done so that these can be edited in Excel?  I can't find any specific information regarding this on the article you shared.
