Hi there,

We have a problem with a user who can't work with E-mail templates while using them in the E-Mail Designer.

Error is saying: Error loading form meta data

Error Details: Fehler beim Laden der Formularmetadaten

Could not load form '9036d0ba-91d0-4483-8c7e-ffdfb016dde0' from entity 'msdyncrm_marketingemail'

Inner error:
Fehler: Wiederholen Sie diese Aktion. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, suchen Sie in der Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community nach einer Lösung, oder wenden Sie sich an den Microsoft Dynamics 365-Administrator Ihrer Organisation. Schlussendlich können Sie sich an den Microsoft Support wenden.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, It cannot be reproduced in my side.

    But recently, there are many issues which are related to the templates in Marketing. Some of them with the same error message.

    Please check if there is an update in your app.

    If no, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.

    Didn't help - Microsoft support found a solution. It was the different layers of the old Email Designer.
