Overhead charges are not calculating in bom calculation

hellow everyone

i am using microsoft dynamics ax 2012 r3 . when i am calculating the bom then there is not showing any overhead charges . i sets the cost sheet setup . am waiting for your suggestions :) .

    Hi Paras mehan,

    How did you set up the Overhead charges in your cost sheet?

    Is the overhead charge price active in a costing version?

    Have you saved the costing sheet and are the correct basis groups specified in your costing sheet?

    It would be great if you could attach some screenprints that illustrate how you set up the costing sheet.

    yes sir , all the setups are done but not showing overheads still . costing version is done and status is current active in cost sheet .

    and i also want to know that how can i sets the cost of assembly charges .

    rate is not working in this , surcharges are working .

    Hi Paras mehan,

    Assembly charges can be incorporated through your route that you use for producing your item. They are linked to categories that have a cost price set up.

    Hi Paras mehan,

    Can you compare the calculation basis of the OVH2 and OVH3.

    I can identify a cost Group 'COGM-NO...' from your first screenshot that I cannot identify in your second one because there it says 'NOKIA_CG'.

    Probably this is the thing you overlooked?!

    hellow sir ,

    i again done all process on new product , now everything is fine assembly charges working but but only one doubt is not clear . which is rate in overhead . current status is activate but not showing in calculation of bom .

    Hi Paras mehan,

    About the overhead rate:

    - can you check whether the basis for the calculation of this rate is set up correctly?

    - Can you check and possibly share the rate that has been set up? Also check that the rate is applied to the correct inventory site.
