when i tried to create sales order inclide product has batch or cable item
Hi,
Did you encounter an error while creating a sales order? Please provide complete error information if you are convenient.
yes dear the error appears as below picture when i create customer order and use item or product include batch .after pickup the item from any location and try to post sales order or pay cash for example the error appears .
Apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately, I have not come across this error before now, and it not descriptive. You might want to raise a support ticket to MS directly.
