I have added Case Creation function to our Opportunity entity to allow the Sales Person to create case and submit Technical Scoping Documents into a queue that can be reviewed by our technical team.
For efficiency I have enabled the "Quick Create" option on the Case.
The experience we are having is not the desired one and I am wondering if it can be improved.
In the example of Companies and Contacts, if you click the "+" on the Contacts Associated View on the Company Entity the "Quick Create" overlay form promptly appears at the top of the window. This process is "One Click to Quick Create Form".
In the Opportunity/Case example when the "+" is clicked to add a new Case to in the Associated View on the Opportunity it drops a cursor into the search box within the Associated View, a further click on the "magnifying glass" is needed to open up the lookup and then clicking the "+ New" option in the bottom right of this produces the "Quick Create Form" (I've attached an image for clarity). You can see the "one click" is turned into "three clicks" :(
