How to import/export Batch jobs

Hi All,

I am trying to migrate a few batch jobs (created for auto posting of General Journal) from one F&O environment to another F&O environment. As amount of such Batch jobs are large in number, I can't manually create. Those must be exported from Env1 & import in Env 2. I can find one Data entity "Batch job" but it doesn't have all the fields which I required to export/import. I need to export data from View Tax, Parameters & Recurrence.

So, can I anyone help as what all are the data entities which can help me to achieve the ask?

I did some findings and could not find data entities to able to move all the informations on batch jobs.

Hi Komi,

I haven't got this requirement as we normally recommended to do the setup of batch jobs in an golden configuration environment and put then on withhold which then got copied to both the UAT and Production environments. In these environment, they could be easily changed form withhold to the waiting state.

I wonder what would be the background of this question from both RadallP and Abhinav.

Thank you for the response on using the Golden config, but my situation is not using the golden config. The BatchJob entity only loads batchjob table and not batch table or recurrence so it only does 1/3 of the complete job. thank you.
