My custom DashBoard is not showing in Dashboards.

Hi,

I'm unable to see my custom Dashboard in Settings->Customization->Dshboards.

Is there any way to locate my custom dashboard to this?

Hi Kandarp,

Which Browser have you used to create the Dashboard. I am suspecting Browser issue.

If it is Chrome switch to IE or Firefox Mozilla to create your Dashboards (or any Customizations)

You may encounter above error with Chrome. After creating it does not appear on the list.

Kandarp,

One more thing, Dashboard created from here (shown below) will not appear in Customization Area.

Reason being, these Dashboard created are Personal and will not appear in Customization Area

What do you mean 'My Custom Dashboard'

Is that personal Dashboard or System Dashboard?

If you create the new Dashboard through Settings -> Customization -> Dashboards then New Dashboard then it is System Dashboard

If you create the new Dashboard through Home -> Dashboard or through anywhere from sitemap then create New Dashboard, it is Personal Dashboardjavascript:void(0);

For the System Dashboard, to make it visible to all users you need to Save and Publish it.

Then back to your CRM then refresh is might be required.

For the Personal dashboard, by default it would be only appearing in your side, if you want other users have it, you need to make sure that you have shared it.

I have created the system dashboard and i am able to get the Guid for the same as you gave the link from the XrmToolBox.

Now , the question is how to make URL from this Guid from the dashboard to use this dashboard in seperate application.

Gusni you have any idea?

This should help you to develop the URL for another Application for the Dashboard.

As per i have seen this, this is the custom application dashboard use in crm IFrame.

I want system dashboard URL that can help me to use in another application.

You must build the dashboard from the Customizations menu as system dashboard in order to see it under the Dashobards list. If you build it from your main screen under "My Work" the dashboard will only show up under "My Dashboards" in the view dropdown as you have built it as a personal dashboard as opposed to a system dashboard which is seen by all.

Ya that is already done.

Now, i want URL for dashboard to use it outside the CRM.

Is it possible and if so can you please give the way?
