My custom DashBoard is not showing in Dashboards.

Hi,

I'm unable to see my custom Dashboard in Settings->Customization->Dshboards.

Is there any way to locate my custom dashboard to this?

Kandarp,

The selection will be there because the User is having access to multiple Dashboards in the system.

If you want to hide some of them, you need to use Security Roles for the Dashboard.

Meaning that the user should be assigned to a Security Roles which has access only to this Dashboard.

Now, only problem is that by this URL we are also able to select the another dashboard.

We need to disable that option.Is it possible somehow?

Now, i want URL for dashboard to use it outside the CRM.

You must build the dashboard from the Customizations menu as system dashboard in order to see it under the Dashobards list. If you build it from your main screen under "My Work" the dashboard will only show up under "My Dashboards" in the view dropdown as you have built it as a personal dashboard as opposed to a system dashboard which is seen by all.

I want system dashboard URL that can help me to use in another application.
