We are on GP 2010 and MR 2.1.1029.30
We have multiple databases using different functional currencies. We run a combined report from the main company in USD. We import new GL accounts frequently. There is one set of GL accounts that were imported into our NZ database that shows up on the combined financial statement at the bottom of the report (out of numerical order) and all with a zero balance. The main segment of these accounts already existed in both databases. If we run the financial statement out of NZ the accounts are in the correct place and have balances. Any ideas of what to look for?
Thanks!

Hi Marilyn,
First, I would go through the KB 2295844 mbs2.microsoft.com/.../kbdisplay.aspx$en-US$2295844 and look for known issues.
You are on an older version, the latest version is here: mbs.microsoft.com/.../MROverview
We had similar problems with reports not doing what they were supposed to and incorrect data on them. After applying the latest version and a hot fix on top of that, we stopped having problems. That would be the first and easiest thing to try or to look into.
Of course, that is if someone in your organization knows how to install this. If not, get with your partner if you think you need it and they will help you. If you do it yourself, don't forget to take backups of your MR databases so that you can restore back if needed. Obviously if you have a test system, do it there first and try the reports to see what they look like.
Thanks,
John Olley
