GP 2013 R2 Web Client - Value does not fall within expected range - Smartlist Window

I have been troubleshooting this issue that occurred when I tried to resize the Smartlist window on GP2013 R2 Web Client. Attached is the screenshot of that error message and below is the text:

This error happened specifically after trying to resize Smartlist navigation pane and maximize the Smartlist window.

Looks more like Silverlight issue. If anyone has already faced this issue, please let me know the workaround/fix.
