I'm trying to set up print management such that I will be able to e-mail purchase order reports to vendors.
I would like to be able to select a primary e-mail address from the vendor where to send my purchase orders.
Additionally I would like to select multiple e-mail addresses from a vendors contact persons.
This works fine using the e-mail addresses set up on the vendor form under the "contact information" fast tab. BUT it does not look like AX can use e-mail addresses entered on vendor contacts?
I don't think adding the contact persons e-mail addresses directly on the vendors contact information is a pretty work around.
Neither is entering the contact persons e-mail addresses, separated by ";" in the "Assign email addresses" form in the print destination settings.
Anyone having similar needs and experiences?
