    Hi Karen!

RedBeard is absolutely correct with the steps on how to install Safe Pay! The only thing that I would change is that I would recommend installing Safe Pay on all workstations that will be creating any type of payments that way you can make sure that you can make sure that you will not miss any payments that should hit the Safe Pay tables.

It is recommended to run Dynamics Utilities as there will be tables that will need to be created for Safe Pay.

Please let me know if there is any other questions!

    Karen,

Not exactly, Safe Pay is installed like Dynamics GP is, it's just an option you check when picking the features you wish to install:

If GP is already installed, then you'll need to go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and select Dynamics GP 2013 and Change.  Then scroll down to where you see Safe Pay and choose Run from My Computer from the drop down list.  Then click next.

Once the code is installed, since there are tables associated with Safe Pay, I am fairly sure Utilities will automatically activate the next time you log into GP (if necessary - to be honest I can't recall).  The code will need to be installed on any machine you want to run Safe Pay from.  The navigation can be a bit confusing as it is run from Financial Routines:

In previous versions of GP, Safe Pay did not have a built in role.  It is entirely possible this is still a problem, but I don't recollect specifically having to set up a Security Role on my last install.  If you find you can't see Safe Pay in the navigation after install, then you'll need to follow the steps laid out in this post:
