Hi Community,

is there a possibility to Combine to subscription Center links on one mrekting E-Mail?

So one link should lead to a scubscription Management page where a recipient can see his actual Newsletters and preferneces and the other link "unsubscribe" shoul be directed to another subscription page for only check a box  "Do not send E- Mails anymore").

Thanks in Advance

I will try to add the the link to text for this above mentioned URL.

I`ll let you know if it worked.

    Hi Alexander,

Please check whether subscription center of your current content setting is same to marketing page url of 2nd link.

e.g: We may have multiple content settings.

In my environment, the "Default Content Settings" will be set to Content settings field of customer journey by default,

thus to use my own subscription center(an external page), I need to switch to "My Content Setting".

If I don't change it, then both links will lead me to same page.

(It seems that embedded form was not associated with an URL, so could you tell me how did you add 2nd link via marketing page?)

If above is not your situations, you could also try attach the link to text directly.

Both of my subscription center forms are embedded on my own external website, and the form of page 2 will still be prefilled if I open it via the link in email.

    Hi Clofly,

thank you for your detailed reply. If I understand you right, both links work on a Marketing E-Mail.

I have the situation, that both links lead to a subscription center form, which have to be embedded via script code.

    I tried this:

1st link (preference management, via content settings)

2nd link (unsubscribe, via marketing page)

but now both links lead to only the unsubscribe link, although both scirpt codes are embedde on an external webpage.

    Am I missing anything?

    reagards

RE: Combine two subscription Centers in one Marketing E-Mail

    Hi Alexander,

    Yes, it is possible.

    e.g:

In my test, I added external subscription center(link 1) and system default subscription center(link 2) to the test marketing email.

The link 1 was from content settings entity of dynamic content, while the link 2 was from a specific marketing page record of static content.

Footer of the delivered test email:

(The upper link is for newsletter and preferences management, the lower one is only used to manage "Do not send email" option.)

    pastedimage1598245555125v2.png

If I check "Do not email" in page 1, then after 15-20 seconds, the update will reflect on same input field of page 2.

And result is same when I update the checkbox on page 2.

"Do not send email" option is required to a subscription center type marketing page, but we could hide it on page 1 with CSS.

    Clofly
