Please how can i delete a fiscal year with its balance?

Hi Imane,
It is not possible to delete transactions for one fiscal year. What is the reason for this requirement?
It is possible to delete transactions for all fiscal years? I mean delete all transactions ? in order to get 0 in the balance of all years ?
We want to delete transactions in 2017 and import a closing balance at the 31/12/2018 .
Hello Imane,
You can post transactions that bring the balances down to $0 but as Andre said, you cannot delete posted transactions.
Wouldn't it be easier and better in this case to setup a new company?
Just in case that somebody wants to check the old transactions and audit them?
