    Hi James,

Can you tell us more about the setup and at what exact moment you get this error? Are there customizations in place? In case this is a standard deployment of the commerce website without any customizations, you can create a ticket for Microsoft Support.

    Hi Andre Arnaud de Calavon,

We have deployed an extension package. However, the error is caused when trying to send data to the retail server. All APIs are failing because of this error.

I tried in the dev env and it's coming fine after deployment unable to send the request to RetailServer

    Hi,
According to the message, the function call is missing parameters in its context that are required to perform the expected operation. You may need to debug the code to check or wait for support from other developers.
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi,

In the development environment, it's working fine. Also other UAT environments it's working fine. It's not even calling the standard APIs like GetFeatureState.

If it is working in other environments correctly, then it might be related to the connection settings or probably security permissions. Have you verified those already?

    Hi,

The issue can be fixed by creating a new online store and assigning it to the e-commerce site as the default channel.

    Thanks
