2nd Failed Update to CRM Online 2015

Is anyone else having issues updating their online instance to 2015?  We have now had two attempts fail and the email notification gives zero information, which is extremely frustrating.  Would be nice to know if there is something wrong with our instance preventing the update, so we don't repeat this process for several more months until the problem is discovered/resolved.  Scheduling and rescheduling is already getting old!

    I would make a Service Request ticket and tell them what going on.

    Hi Cory

    Upgrading needs many parameters which are important to the whole proccess if you want to be pioneer, you should spend your time to solve this problem step by step, also it may caused by incompleted or unsupported customization.

    So where do I find the "many parameters" that may or may not be causing an issue?  I can't solve any of the "steps" if I don't know what they are in the first place.  If caused by customizations, where do I find which ones?

    For online

    Open a tickect in microsoft customer service for the issue or ask for log files.

    For on-premise

    you should enable tracing for log files

    I did. This is the second ticket I've opened b/c nothing came from the first failure in Dec.  This time around support told me to wait until the 3rd reschedule and see what happens.  No log files available, I asked multiple times.
