I was looking on how to create my own co-browsing/screensharing provider for omnichannel.Can someone point me to the documentation?

At the moment, the API's for this are not yet public. You'd need to wait until they are.
Several providers (such as LogMeIn) are going to be going GA very shortly with their offerings.

The 2020 wave 1 release includes the APIs for co-browse in Omnichannel for Customer Service. You will be able to see the docs after the release is out.
