ADP Import stopped working

I export a file from ADP and import in GP 2015 using Tool Integrate/Import from ADP.

This month the process has stopped working.

 

Has ADP double check the file no changes from previous formats..

 

Any ideas... don't want o go back to keying a journal entry into GP.

    What actually happens? Do you get an error message? If so, please provide screenshot. Is there anything in your event viewer that can provide a clue? Does anything at all show up in GP? Have you tried to import this file into Excel and then use the GP paste function instead of using the ADP import routine?

    Had ADP double check the file an my local support ... have not tried the  to import as excel using the paste function..

    ADP is only going to be able to check the file as per their specifications. We need to find out what is happening on the GP side. Have you shown this issue to your GP partner? We need additional information to diagnose this issue.

    Had  ADP check the file and have found noe errors... had our local support team look and file is fine.. can't seem to find out way not working..

    Just did the cut and paste .. Works great... was my first time using ... watched a You Tube video... Thanks for the tip!!
