hi,
Can anyone tell me what is RECID in Dynamics AX 4.0 R2 , it is automatically created ? Please Explain ... or it has no special meaning just a name ..

The RECID is a unique key for each record in each AX table.
It can be used as a unique reference key throughout the complete AX database.
So in a non-technical way: an internal, unique key for a record :-)
Kind regards,
Philippe
you are right I can verifying your answer from this link as well: msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa626048%28v=ax.50%29.aspx
but i want to know that it is automatically creates when you create a table in dynamic ax ?
It is always there, but it is optional if you want to have an index on it. The kernel makes sure RecId is generated when a new row is inserted. The table SystemSequences governs the available RecIds for each table (msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa889756(v=ax.50).aspx).
