How to download WSDL for Dynamics CRM which supports SOAP 1.1?

Hi Team,

I am working on Dynamics CRM integration using SOAP API.

I tried to download WSDL http://xxx.com/CRM2016/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?singleWsdl&sdkversion=8.0 but I could find namespaces are with respect to SOAP 1.2.
How can I get SOAP 1.1 information in WSDL? Is there any URL change?
