MS Crm 2016 Migration ASYN Backlog Error

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi Crm Folks,

We have just migrated crm 2013 to crm 2016. We have migrated from crm 2013 to crm 2015 and then crm 2015 to crm 2016. After Migrating We are facing below issue :

Number Of Jobs Backlogged : 1, Max Latency observed 54775 seconds.

Event id : 25349

Reference Link : https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/189228

I have searched alot and deleted stuck workflows from asynoperation table. Delete all completed workflows.

Also there is only 1000 records in asynoperation table. 150 records are in waiting state. I have also deleted old records from workflowbase table. Also, There is no 'Pending' emails in the system.

Can 'Calculate Rollup Fields for the knowledge base article' causing this as it  runs in every hour.

After doing all the activities I faced the same error. Could anyone let me know about it.

Thanks & Regards,

Vivek Gupta

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for your reply. I have already gone through the waiting workflows that has error message. I have cancelled all these workflows and delete them. But there are 150 workflows that are in waiting which will be in wait state till next operation date. As like it will wait for 7 days or 14 days and these workflows does not contain error message.. Could you please give some suggestions for it.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Vivek Gupta

You will need to go through the 'waiting' jobs and look at the error message to determine what caused them to be waiting - it could be that they are waiting simply for some system event or time.
