We have DC(Primary) and DR(Secondary) centres are configured for MS Dynamics CRM 365. Org DB is currently being in Sync from DC to DR.

Our main concern is about the config DB sync. If we do not sync it, new users added in Org DB will not reflect in Config DB at DR location as we are not importing org at the time

of DR Drill. So as a result, new users will not be able to login CRM.

So requirement here is, If we Sync MSCRM_Config DB to DR , What all configuration will change in Config DB at DR and need to modify to work with DR Application.

Is there any SQL script available for this requirement.

I will consider this sync approach similar to restoring the backup of MSCRM database to a new SQL server as the DR servers associated with it will have a different AD Object even though you managed to keep the physical server names exactly the same as the ones running in the primary site.

And in that case, you should run Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server Setup and use the Connect to existing databases option on the Specify Deployment Options page while spinning up the DR app servers.
