We recently updated our CRM 2016 onprem to Dynamic 365 onprem. Since the update the progress flow bar has vanished. How do we get this back?

did you check if its there under Settings > processes > business process flow.

was it an Out of the box BPF or a custom one?

I believe its a custom one. I have checked here and tried the deactivate/reactivate solution but didnt work.

They were working prior to the update from 2016 to 365.

Okay, i think thn it can be due to the security. Open the BPF - click on secuirity and assign the requird privileges on the role.

Okay, please clear browser cache/cookies and publish all customizations again.

and try again with a new record , also try in inprivate mode.

you can also check if there is any script attached to the form - which might cause the issue.

If I create a new opportunity the bar is showing, but then no longer appears later when checking the record.

    No scripts are running.
