Jobs and Candidates existing entities in Dynamics 365 Sales

Hi,

We are looking for ATS in Dynamics 365 Sales. We want to use Recruitment process like Creation of Jobs , Candidate application to Job and Finally Placement Creation .

Does Dynamics 365 Sales provide any such existing functionality for ATS.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Dynamics 365 for Sales is very flexible and allow the creation of Custom Entities. It seems totally doable with the application, especially if you mix it with Power Automates and integrate it with your Exchange Server.

    However, Microsoft has already developped some Dynamics 365 tools specially for HR processes.

    I think you would have a better time using the already prepared Solutions to save time & efforts,

    Hi,

    We know that we can build its using custom entities but we are looking for existing entities as we will be using Sales Insights and some existing AI models given in Dynamics 365 sales.

    So if we build custom entities then we will not be able to use sales insights or AI models already existing.

    Also Dynamics 365 HR is separate application i think ? will its entities be accessible in Sales Hub module also ?

    You should be able to set up an integration between Dynamics 365 HR (Talent) and CDS:

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks your input.

    Dynamics 365 HR is for Internal employee processing and management. What about external process like Recruitment or ATS system.

    we are looking to build ATS system . As Dynamics 365 sales has lead and opportunity mgmt. process. So we want to use sales process also and outcome of these will be candidate hiring and its placement. Like Opportunity has Products mgmt. So similar to that we want to have job and candidates placement.

    Is that available out of box. As we want to use existing entities for other AI models and sales insights.
