No HRP

Mad a long overdue upgrade from GP10.0 to GP2010 and have one remaining issue which is the following message:

the human resources integrated with payroll module is registered but no hrp dictionary is registered.

I have the HRP module installed, I tried HR, but I get errors when trying to add that module, HRP seems to work fine.  I see an HR.DIC on my GP10.0 install, but not in the GP2010 install.

Tried just about everything - is this a registration issue?

    Hi Jeremy,

I'm sorry to hear of the upgrade issues, but I'm happy you are updating!

On GP 2010 you still had to purchase HR and PR, payroll is part of core, HR is its own dictionary.

Are we registered for HR, it should show in your keys, payroll as well with an employee count, direct deposit is also a separate product on GP 2010.  Now if we upgrade to GP 2013 it is all FREE :-)

Remember GP 2010 support for tax and year end updates, ends October of 2015.  But maybe you are not planning to sit on GP 2010.

    Thanks
