Project Service Resource Utilization View

Hi Guys,

I have got a Project Service demo environment. I have created a new project and booked some resources. However, I cannot see the effects of these bookings on Resource Utilization view.

This is the Project Team Members associated view. As you see, Hal Matheson is booked from June 15 to August 2.

This is the Resource Utilization view. The booking does not affect the percentages for that resource.

Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Mehmet,

    I got the same problem. Did you find a solution?

    I'm not setting up a Project, but I want to use this report for Field Service bookings.

    Could this have to do with the demo Environment and sample data? The demo resources Abraham McCormick has 375% Utilization in 16 June 2017, all the bookings to this resource are in 2016.

    I'm about to set up a Field Service environment for a client. As soon as I have soma data in there I will test this.

    Its not very obvious but there is a workflow that needs to run to update resource utilization.
