
Hello,
We would like to enable manual tracking for our Sales Team so that they can determine if the email should be tracked by extending the D365 on Desktop/Web.
I saw that under Incoming and Email we have the option for Server-Side Sync or Microsoft D365 for Outlook.
In addition, under the settings option I ,saw that we the option /No Email Messages/.
I am confused now if we configure No email messages, does he will still be able to track email manually from the add-on, and if we keep In/Out Email (Server Side Sync configured) and it will prevent automatically emails?
Can anyone provide a screenshot the proper configuration to give the option to the user to manually track emails?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
