Connect Social Engagement with CRM 2016 On premise

Hi,

I am trying to connect social engagement with CRM 2016 (On Premise). I have followed the steps as mentioned in the Microsoft website. I am getting error message when social engagement URL mentioned in CRM administrator (please find the error snapshot). please suggest how to rectify the error.
