Move items from Location code to Bin

Posted on by 60

We only used location code lets use example Location code " Production"

Now we are going to use bins, but we need to move items to the bins from the Location code. To be divided but what happens to the items that are in the production, sales and purchase orders and  put on location code ?

If possible, try closing all transactions related to that specific locations before you move your stock into Bins

    Hi Mirzet,

just so i understand what you have written down and not gettng my self confused. here are my questions:

    * when you mention your using location, is it Location List (15, List) page?

    * how are you using the location on the item card?

    * how are you seeing the location when adding an item to the lines?

    * do you have any of your items has the 'Item Tracked' sectioned turn on (tracking serial number / Lot number)

just so i can advised you accordingly.
