We purchased 27 Microsoft Dyanamics Nav and 5 Licenses of Microsoft CRM from Team Computers Pvt Ltd, Bhikhaji Cama Place, New Delhi in Aug 2010. They promised that they will implement this software in three months. And they will customized billing and payroll alongwith it. Actually, we did not require 27 licenses in one round but they recommended to go for it and we purchased.
In four years of efforts by Team Computers Pvt Ltd, they are unable to implement above two products. We have spent almost 40 Lacs of Rupees in this project on licenses and BREP. The software had been purchased for us (Premier Shield) by and on our behalf and on advise by TEAM COMPUTERS. The implementation has not happened in four years .
it is a case of having purchased a microsoft product when the need was not there.
