Custom POS shortcuts on the right side of POS

Discount Sales Ops Manager Shipping Messages Those are the four shortcuts we want in our POS systems. I was able to find instructions for adding the top two in Customer Source. However, I cannot find any information on adding shipping and messages. Does anybody know how to do this or know where I can find more information? Thank you. Justin
