no merchant properties found for hardware profile

When pay credit card on POS, I get the above error. Not sure how to fix it in the hardware profile.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have the eft service properly setup on the hardware profile. Also, do run the 1090 Job. Sometimes cached data in the moos takes time to refresh. 
    you can also set the hardware profile again, log off and log on to make sure the cache data gets refreshed.
