Deployed Extensions issue

Hi Everyone,

I have deployed few extensions in D365BC, but suddenly all my deployed extension are lost from D365BC. This is something weird. (I re-deployed extensions to get it back).

Can anyone please suggest me why this happened.

where did you deploy them?

is it docker installation or any demo BC environment.

if it is sandbox environment, unless someone resets it, extensions should remain without any issue.
