Dynamics365 App for Outlook issue

For one of the user in our Organization after configuring Dynamics365 App for outlook, he is unable to see the Dynamics365 icon on the ribbon of Outlook.

1)I checked that his Mailbox status is success
2)Also checked that the user is Added to outlook
3)Microsoft dynamics 365 app for outlook is also added.

To confirm this I checked in add-ins of the Outlook and Dynamics CRM add-in is also added.

    Hi,

    I assume you are online and not onpremise. Then what you also can check is if the user sees it in owa(image below). If yes it is a problem with the outlook client if not it is an exchange server problem.

    In both case you should open a MS support ticket.

    For the last 7 years, I am using outlook. I have faced a lot of errors in it. Lastly, I was getting an error in outlook that was outlook loading profile stuck. I tried very hard to solve it. Finally, I solved it by browsing gmailtechnicalsupportnumbers.com/.../
