For one of the user in our Organization after configuring Dynamics365 App for outlook, he is unable to see the Dynamics365 icon on the ribbon of Outlook.
1)I checked that his Mailbox status is success
2)Also checked that the user is Added to outlook
3)Microsoft dynamics 365 app for outlook is also added.
To confirm this I checked in add-ins of the Outlook and Dynamics CRM add-in is also added.
