HI, Someone can tell me if Runtime license SQL enviroment is same to the standar edition , if i can do bakups of data base, to active the agent, and to have access to the management studio of SQL

You can do everything with the runtime SQL license that you can do with a Standard SQL Server license. The difference is just in the license use of the software (not to be used for other databases, etc.)
