Dear

i am getting the below error when trying to invoice a sales order from enterprise portal

Object Server 01: RPC error: RPC exception 1702 occurred in session 6 process is Ax32Serv.exe thread is 7228(User: EPUSER, ClientType: Worker)

note that i am using WMS and the sales order is completed in terms of WORK and Shipment so it is picked and ready to be invoiced

any idea why this is happening

Could this be your issue?

Do you have any modifications using WinAPI instead of WinAPIServer?

no modification or customization was done on enterprise portal , it was an out of the box implementation ,
