Read only field indicator in model-driven app

The padlock is not being displayed on the left-hand of fields set as read-only when the app is played or accessed by testers, but it is visible in the Power Apps environment either when designing forms or running the app within that environment.

Cannot find anything regarding this to suggest possible cause or solution.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

    I cannot reproduce your problem.

I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

The padlock indicator for read-only columns was removed part of the 2023 Wave 1 update / UI refresh. It's not ideal but I'd assume MSFT will tweak this design in due time.
