Does anyone know if RMS 1.2 can integrate with the Quickbooks "Online" version ? Thanks

Actually none of the "On-Premises" POS's that I know of can integrate with QB Online.
In fact Intuit just chose Revel systems as the POS for their Online accounting, I guess rather than develop it themselves since even their original POS had no APIs. Besides, QBPOS was developed for Intuit by IPMS (Retail Pro's original parent company) originally, and Intuit hasn't put much into it since that relationship was dissolved before V10.
But you are way overdue for an RMS upgrade anyway, there are a whole bunch of new features and options available for later versions, plus support for newer OS versions, Integrations, Mobile solutions, Merchant Processing, etc.
I think one of our partners has a QB Accounting Online integration, can look into it if you like.

Thank you for your question.
No version of RMS will integration with the online version of QuickBooks. RMS requires the Professional version of the application to be installed locally.
As Michael Haugen noted, there may be an add-in to allow this functionality, but it is not native to RMS.
